Sculpted will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Upon receipt, your order will be refunded in the form of the original payment. To return your product, please contact info@sculpted.co to request a return shipping label.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to you within 2 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@sculpted.co to request a shipping return label.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt and refund status. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a refund will automatically be sent to you within two business days. If you haven’t received your store credit within two business days, please send an email to info@sculpted.co .
Delivery Claims
We are not responsible for lost or stolen package confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Sculpted does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Shipping
We ship all of our orders out of our California facility via USPS, UPS and DHL. We fulfill most orders same day if placed before 12 PM PST Monday – Saturday.
International Shipping
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside of the United States. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit after we receive the product in returnable/exchangeable condition. Additionally, please note that customers are responsible for paying all customs fees, which vary from country to country.
