Sculpted will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging within 15 days of order delivery. Upon receipt, your order will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Please note that we are unable to provide returns or exchanges for shorts with liners (festival shorts, plato shorts), undergarments and face masks.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to offer exchanges on out of stock items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to you within 2 working days
Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com to request a shipping return label.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen package confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Sculpted does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We ship all of our orders out of our California facility. We fulfill most of the orders placed the same day before noon pst Monday - Friday using USPS.
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside of the United States. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit after we receive the product in returnable/exchangeable condition. Additionally, please note that customers are responsible for paying all customs fees, which vary from country to country.
