Not a fit? Not a problem.

Our goal is your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Sculpted accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition.

Opt for an Instant Exchange, our quickest, easiest return option. With a credit card hold, we’ll ship your replacement out within 24 hours, and the hold will drop off once your original item is returned (return shipping is on us!). ‌

Not ready to select a replacement just yet?

Request a Merchandise Credit. We’ll provide a return label for your original order at no cost to you. When you’re ready to make a purchase, just apply the credit and your order will be on its way.

Changed your mind?

We’ve got you. Just pay for a return shipping label and send your item back to us. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs, once your order has been received and processed (typically within 2-7 business days after delivery).

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties. Please note that custom fees vary by country.

Delivery Claims

Wondering where your order is? While Sculpted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to confirm delivery to the original order address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. If your package was lost or stolen, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive reimbursement or compensation.
