Not a fit? Not a problem.

Our goal is your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Sculpted accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free, with original packaging intact and free of any blemishes; otherwise, they will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to being in unsellable condition.

Need a different size or color?

Opt for an Instant Exchange, our quickest, easiest return option. With a credit card hold, we’ll ship your replacement out within 24 hours, and the hold will drop off once your original item is returned (return shipping is on us!).

Not ready to select a replacement just yet?

Request a Merchandise Credit. We’ll provide a return label for your original order at no cost to you. When you’re ready to make a purchase, just apply the credit and your order will be on its way.

Changed your mind?

We’ve got you. Just pay for a return shipping label and send your item back to us. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs, once your order has been received and processed (typically within 2–7 business days after delivery).

International Orders

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all international shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any duties or taxes imposed by their local customs office. Sculpted does not cover or reimburse these charges under any circumstances.

If you are returning or exchanging an international order, please include a note inside your package with the following:

- Order number
- Return or exchange (please specify)
- If exchanging: the size and color you want (same item only)

Once your return has been shipped, email info@sculpted.co with your tracking number and order number so we can track your return.

Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping, duties, and taxes. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments—please use a trackable, insured method. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or color. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

All products listed on our Sale page and all limited edition items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Delivery Claims

Wondering where your order is? While Sculpted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to confirm delivery to the original order address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details. If your package was lost or stolen, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for reimbursement or compensation.
